SyncroShift not Working

Has anyone else experienced this? I just setup a new Dura Ace 9150 ride - pictures to follow. Everything works great, except I can't get the syncroshift to function properly. I've updated all of the firmware and set both shift modes to syncroshift. It indicates that my setting are all successful.

When I shift the bike down the cassette, I get the 13 and it stops. My understanding is that it should automatically shift to the big ring and go up a few cogs in the rear. I don't get any of that. Any thoughts?

Did you scroll through the modes on your junction A?

Sounds like you're still in manual mode. Double-click the button on the junction box to cycle between shift maps.

Yah I'm all set. It works now. I figured that I could toggle it with E-tube on the PC but toggling with junction A worked great. I'm going to go for a ride and I'll report back.
