Velocity hubs and 11 speed compatibility?

I have a few sets of Velocity A23 wheels and one set is built on Velocity Race hubs. That set is running 10 speed cassette and there is no spacer behind the cassette. Does that mean the hub is older and not compatible with Shimano 11 cassette? If not compatible what are my options for installing 11 cassette on this wheel?

Contact Velocity. They're good communicators in my experience. I think you can swap the freehub if it is not presently 11s compatible (the Race hubs have been since mid 2013).
