Stock threadless stem with 2, 3 or 4° ??

Anyone know of a stock threadless stem with a 2, 3 or 4° rise? All I've found is a Syncros carbon XR1.0, but would prefer aluminum.

I swap between a 0° (90°) and a 5° currently and somewhere in the middle would be perfect with the steerer length available, not slammed but with at least some steerer above. This application is 100mm x 1-1/8" x 31.8mm.

The description only mentions 12, 17 and 24 degree versions but there appears to be a 4 degree version as well, which presumably has a range of about 0 to 8 degrees.
