Jokes aside, it's an interesting take on saddle design. I'd like to hear feedback from someone who's tried one.

Looks like a way for the manufacturer to sell two saddles for (their) cost of one. They could sell the cutout area removed from the one in the pic as a really tiny saddle.

An ad for that saddle briefly popped up in another internet forum I was browsing this morning, and I was struck by their tag line: "The last saddle you'll ever buy, GUARANTEED."

For a brief moment I wondered how they could be so confident about their product. Then it dawned on me:

This saddle will kill you.

Joking aside, someone I ride with has gone through a bunch of saddles (Spec Toupe, Fizik, SMP...) and is currently trying one of these and likes it. They have a very generous trial period but he is leaning towards keeping it. Yeah, it looks like a torture device to me....

Funny looking for sure but some really favorable reviews and several from cyclists with serious mileage. That little flap in the middle looks very sketchy?

Uh-oh. They advocate KOPS. We all "know" that isn't "right." :D

"To achieve the most comfortable riding position and powerful pedal stroke, your kneecap should be directly above your pedal crank when the crank is in its level (most forward) position.

With your bike securely in its stand, carefully climb on.

With your pedals level with each other, look down over your front knee. It should be directly above the crank of your pedal (which is approximately in line with the ball of your foot).

If you have a plumb bob, have someone hold the string to your kneecap. The bob should hang directly over the pedal crank.

• If your knee is ahead of the pedal, then loosen the seat mount and slide the seat and rails backward.

• If your knee is behind the pedal, then slide the seat slightly forward."

I know everything about this saddle is a massive joke. And I agree. There are some funny things to say about this thing. But for me, someone who can't ride anymore, I am looking for anything where I can. I would absolutely try this if it allowed me to ride.

But yeah, this thing looks stupid.

If it works for you who cares ? One of my regular saddles is a Sella SMP-they invoke plenty of comments.

those SMP saddles are probably uglier than this.

the spesh power (which I use), is pretty ugly.

as long as it works for the user, that is what matters. You can't see it while you ridding anyways.

My other regular saddle is the spesh Power. I think it looks light years better than any SMP. Yet, I like them both.

I would.

They do, minus return shipping and a $35.00 restocking fee.

They are actually local to me. I may ride over to them and demo a saddle.

Looks aside if it allows you to get on a bike and ride then who cares. I know we all love bike aesthetics, but it's really about the ride. I use leather suspended saddles on all my bikes regardless of the way they look because it keeps me riding in comfort for longer.

This saddle looks a bit masochistic to me, but it may be the ticket for those that are unable to use other saddles. Whatever works.

oh I agree with you 100%. The SMP is one of the ugliest but if I tried it and worked better than the power, I would not think twice.

I never tried it though, super happy with the power.

I totally agree. Whatever works! I've been riding SMPs exclusively for at least 10 years. I got tired of numbing on long rides. I've spent over 100 miles in the saddle with no issues multiple times and over 200 a few. I'll never go back and I actually like the funny comments :)

If it fits well, I don't care what a saddle looks like!

But some saddles look like they would never obey.

Y'know, having had some saddle related .... issues, I'm in favor of anything that works for you. Doesn't matter how it looks, nobody can see the thing, just so it rides comfortable.

I've been using the Infinity saddles for 6 months. I admit to having some reservations putting it on my bike, given how it looks. But after having issues with saddles I was trying, I thought it was worth a shot. I've now done a couple of 4-6 hour a day, multi-day rides, including Stelvio and Gavia in recent days, and it is the most comfortable saddle by a mile. At the end of the ride I feel every bit as comfortable as the first minute. And it's the same complete comfort day after day.

I won't be giving this saddle up for anything. I am a complete convert. I've put it on my other bikes as well.

I've never even been to their website. I'm referring to real people on real social media platforms who actually bought the saddle and ride it every day.
