how bigga tire fits on 2016 Trek Domane with rim brakes

This is the year before direct mount rim brakes. Not interested in discs. Wanna fit 28mm Conti 4000 on A23 rims without worry.

I'd think those 28s will fit, but that's about the biggest thing that'll fit and you probably won't have much room.

I have 27 Open Paves on my 2014. Couldn't get 28s on it. I think they were gatorskins. Don't know if the specs are the same.

I have been riding with Michelin 28s on my Trek Domane. They fit fine. It's a 2012 model.
