Watching the Giro -- English is now restricted??

I've been using Steephill to watch the Giro, but recently they haven't had an English version. Here's their remark..."Europe, Australia (English); No Unrestricted live English Eurosport links due to rights issues."

So how are you guys watching this live?

Depending on how your attempting to watch may need to update your Adobe Flash? My Windows 10 machine returned a message this morning about updating my Flash Player to the most recent version or no go.

It costs almost $50 and it's not without its warts. I missed stage 9 live and could not catch it in replay. They replayed stage 8 all weekend, but not stage 9. Then, last night, the screen was frozen on graphic of the stage profile for over an hour. Thought it was my internet connection, but apparently not.

If you can out up with the Brit commentator who rambles for three hours and scream for the last 20 seconds, the video quality is pretty good and they do provide full coverage.

So how is tiz-cycling able to do what all these other sites aren't? Is it legal? It certainly has lots of ads, including ones very local to my area, which I find weird.

It isn't flawless, but I've been watching live and the videos of the last half hour of stages, and it's the best free site I've found so far.
