3mi into my ride today I heard some creaking and figured I'd check it when I got home. Then on a steep climb I heard "ping" and thought I'd broken a spoke. Turns out somehow 3 bolts were toast. Not sure if they all went at once or not but it stranded me as the inner ring is rubbing the chainstay.

Anybody have a new set of bolts they want to sell?

I wonder what would cause that?

If this profile (single "step", and not double "step" as required on U-T cranksets/rings) and color works, I have these NIB blue Tiso Campagnolo chainring bolts:

Stripped a few when re-installing these chainrings but haven't seen any fail JRA. I suspect they were already stripped when installed last but...find some Athena ones, steel. Aluminum CR bolts not a good idea, imho.

No special bolts for that record crankset but maybe the one in the back.

Not true. Holes in carbon spider small so 'conventional' bolts/nuts too big.

The remaining visible bolt looks kinda funky...is that the stock bolt?

Something is not right here.....Those bolts are up to the task. I understand maybe popping one, but several makes it weird....

Can ya pound 'conventional' CR nuts thru the crank spider holes? Why yes you can but not ideal.

Happened to me. I didn't tighten them properly when I swapped chain rings.

Well, as I said, you can hammer the 'nuts' into the spider arm holes but you really need these.
