Just finished building up my zank a few days ago and I must say
it seems to be a really nice bike.First off mike is a great guy! He
put up w/me through the whole process & made me feel like I
was really part of it . We talked about how I was gonna use the
bike to each tube he used to build it. I asked for a traditional
type tubeset w/just a bit more stiffness in the bb . Mike thinking
outside the box suggested a tapered dt like a serotta so thats what
we went with . I gotta say it came out better than i imagined.
I built it up w/a chorus kit op3x wheels w/25 michelins , used a
nitto post and bar and a regal saddle w/centuar post. I have
just got a few shakedown rides on it but it fits it is smooth its
plenty stiff it handles right .its seems to me what a good bike
