Are they oval shaped about 2" by 1" and 3/8" thick? If so, I have 4 that I've never used and will send them to you if you PM me with your address.

you can also call (Bell Sports)Giro Customer Service direct and say something is wrong with your pads. ie..they ripped, coolmax came off, etc...They are very friendly and have sent me three new pairs of pads since I have owned my helmet-free of charge!

I just went to Giro.com and found the US distr. who to my surprise said "sure what's your helmet model" followed by "Ok I just placed an order for you replacment pads you should have them in a couple of days." I of course asked how much and is credit card ok?! Response "No charge, have a nice day etc...."! Pretty cool! BTW got the same service from Blackburn when I needed a new whose for my floor pump a little while ago! Awesome must've been some good karma or something....

Giro Replacement pads (http://www.webersports.com/store/Giro-Pad-Kits-P203C47.aspx) is what Giro itself recommended to me.

This forum consistently amazes me! I've just reached the same conclusion as Smiley regarding my Giro pads - I used to be able to wash them out once a month. Now they get skanky after a few rides. Before I could even pose the question to the forum, it's asked and answered.

I, too, called the Customer Service number, and Giro's sending me a set gratis!

I went up to LBS fully intending to purchase a replacement
set. Much to my surprize when they came in (they had to order from
giro) there was no charge.
Topeak did the same when the head to my floor pump died,
just sent me a new one. . .

I have had the same great service from Giro and suspect that all my future helmets will be from them.

I, too, have found the Giro customer service folks to be quite helpful. They have sent me replacement pads whenever I have called to say that the old ones had worn out or come off, etc.

Ride on! :)

I spoke with a very nice woman named Sarah who ordered a set for me; size medium is backordered, but she'll send them when they come in. N/C :)

In Canada I think you're supposed to contact OGC - I dropped by their offices and they gave me a set.

Now, if only I could get the damn pads for my Bell Ghisallo... (everytime I go there, they dont have any)

Giro customer service has always been great in that way. :) Not to mention that the bicycle industry as a whole has a similar reputation. just think about the existence of this forum.
