Friday afternoon I checked the NWS weather site for up there and it said that at 1:49pm the wind was blowing from the northwest at 81 miles an hour.

I didn't want to post anything about that then. I just looked at the 2 day history and it looks like it may have slowed down to about 25-35mph when they were riding. Much better!
