I was able to stop by the Rapha store in Seattle yesterday to try some things on. I had wanted to see how the different lines fit.

For me, the best fit was sizing up with the pro team aero (XL vs L which is what I show on paper) which gave me good shoulder room but was tight along my waist.
It was perfect but I was not sure wanted to pay the price.

So who else makes a nice aero jersey that that would be tight in the waist like this?

I think the Castelli is good, not Rapha, but very good. I use the Castelli Aero Race and the Gabba are very good fitting. But really designed for the typical racer body, totally thin.

Almost the exact cut as the Pro Team Aero but more, um, aero. No stitching so no turbulence. You save .0038 wattz. Anyhoo, it's skinsuit like in feel and performance but more like Assos in the sense that once you're on the bike, it just clicks in.
