I bought this from a good friend two years ago as a complete bike, and I built it up and raced it a few times. It RIPS, but it's just a bit too small (and nice) for me (Plus I bought eBaumann's Look, which is a bit more on my level anyways). It's an incredibly nice-riding, racy and well-designed frameset. Super light, really stiff but without any harshness. I can go on and on, but these already have fantastic reputations. It's an absolutely lovely frame.

Size 57. 1 1/8" steerer, full carbon fork. English threaded BB, 120mm spaced rear end with stainless dropouts. It has some minor scuffs from being stored on a rack with black rubber supports, and some general minor scuffs from being ridden, but overall, it's extremely clean. Solid 8.5 or 9/10. Serial shows that this was the first 57 off the line. I doubt there were too many others even made. I think production was limited to 100 or so total, IIRC.

Finding these is nearing impossible, so this is a great chance to own one!

Sold!

Bump because it's sunny in NYC and the birds are singin' and so will you if you own this frameset!

Lawd I'm glad this is one size too big for me, or I'd be the proud owner of two BMCs. Lusted after this frame for a long time, one of the coolest most unique race level track bikes out there.

GLWS homie!

Dude it's bonkers. That Look I bought from you rides great but this is just soooo dialed that I'm almost rethinking selling it. It's just too nice for Red Hook Crits though! TT is actually 57.5cm. I think the ST is 57.

it is too nice for red hook...that look on the other hand, is perfect (aka nice-but-not-precious) - cause, well, sh*t happens at red hook ha

if i had a velodrome anywhere nearby id be all over this, so nice.

----of course as soon as i type that i see a post on facebook about the NE Velodrome in Londonderry, NH reopening this year...:help:

I havent ridden many track or fixed bikes but i did ride one of these a few years ago. I was really surprised of how nice it felt even tho i couldent even ride it properly as my fixed skills were very limited
