Looking for narrow shoe

Currently using DMT shoes which fit fine. Sidi's fit nice. Shimano, Specialized are too wide across the ball of the foot (forefoot). Nike's seem to be narrow enough.

So, what are some good narrow brands that will be similar to DMT, Sidi's?

I'm using size 45.5-46.

I have a narrow foot and the Specialized Body Geometry shoes are great. Northwave was decent too.

I found the Nike Altea II Plus today at LBS. Very nice and a little narrower than DMT, Sidi.
