Will a Campy chorus ct 10 speed front derailleur work with a Campy Centaur CT 10 speed crank?

(They didn't after an hour at 2am [no beer involved...hey! maybe that was the problem]...but with 20 minutes of remove and start over from scratch this morning; they do now.)
