I thought the thrust of the article is that new documentation now in the possession of the Swiss authorities from Spain names Jan directly (the article also points out the misspelling of his name) rather than simply referring to him via code names, that doping products were ordered for the Giro (Festival in May) and indicates that sums greater than the disputed €35,000 were paid to Fuentes for doping products by or on behalf of Jan.

Of course, the article's assertion that Jan's claim not to know Fuentes is now a proven lie is premature given that the authenticity of these documents and the case against Jan need to be proven.
