Titanium road frame ID

Sandevyk (sp?) in the state of Washington, and Litespeed made most of the frames for other brands.

Titanium Sports Technologies, Kennewick, Washington. Sandvik Ti tubing. TST no longer is in the bike business, but they made Ti frames for quite a few brands for a few years.

I sort of figured it was a TST. I had a Kona which had very similar welds. I was just wondering if it was built for another company specs or if that's a straight up TST serial number.

TST is still in business but not doing bike frames.

But yes OP, that is a TST frame for sure.

I don't know that they ever did any design or geometry, I'm under the impression (based on a short phone conversation I had with them when I ordered a road frame direct during their closeout days that lasted a year or more) that everything sold off the factory floor was originally destined to have somebody else's decals. I could be wrong. Mine still sees the road, nice handling, good tire clearance, welds appear as precise any anybody's, straight gauge Ti, with of course just a 1" headtube unfortunately. Not stiff and not a noodle at least at the back end. I'm about to switch the older carbon fork out for steel for no good reason other than peace of mind.
