I've settled on this height as my favorite. They look normal on my long-even-for-being-6'5" legs. I have a few pair of Swiftwick Aspire/Performance socks, which come in this length, and some Defeet wool ones which are good for shoulder seasons. Any others out there I should know about? And DO NOT come at me with that weak-ass six-inch garbage (joking, but seriously I know plenty of options for 6" cuff socks)
