Hey all, I am building up my first disc brake frame and have a question regarding how to mount the post mount TRP HY/RD calipers to the flat mount frame and fork. Is there a suitable adapter or will I have to get new calipers? If I can use an adapter, can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks!

Those aren't flat mounts, they are IS mounts. Plenty of adapters available.
