What are these mystery cleats?

I picked these up at the co-op thinking they were spd, but the nose looks wider. Any ideas?

there are a lot of spd-clones out there that use cleats that look very similar to spd cleats. sometimes the cleats work with spd and vise versa, sometimes not...
