If you hadn't noticed already, we've created a resource page with links to all of the threads that had been stickies in various areas of the forum. The reason for doing this is twofold:
1.) To clean up the forum.
2.) To make it easier for members to see the various informational and popular threads that are located in the various areas of the forum. Many times members miss them and they get lost in the mix. Obviously if you post in those threads it will bring them back up to the top of the page.
There is a "Resource Page" link at the top of every section of the forum now and we may also include it in the sign up process for new members. If there is a thread you think should be included let us know.

Big improvement! The forum was being overrun with stickies and after they first appear they just become clutter.

however i think for new users, if possible, the title of the section should include a bit more detail about what's in there. "resources" kinda too general.

Good point to consider, suggestions?

The TJ Forum does something similar, calling it the "TJ technical sticky reference", so I suggest that here it be called:
"The Paceline sticky reference"
But, whatever it's called, this was a very good idea!

This is a great improvement.
I think the title is OK, but I think more "chapters" would be easier to read (especially because you will probably add a few more stickys over time), i.e.:
