I broke my Soma this morning on the way to work. It should warranty, but I have lusted for an IF club racer since I started commuting full time. Anyone have one? I have never heard anything bad about IF and imagine that the club racer is a great bike. BTW, an overall bad couple of days, I was racing a crit on Sunday and heard a loud pop when I hit a bump. The bike seemed fine but there were several cracks in the clearcoat on my fork. Maybe it is time for an Easton to replace the Mizuno on the Pegoretti.

Designed to be OK for VT. dirt roads, and for use as a winter commuter. It carries fenders (SKS) and a rack w/a small Carradice. Built to run touring weight tires up to 32mm w/the fenders.

She loves it. They do absolutely terrific work.

The guy who fitted her, helped me source the parts (9 spd Campy carbon-free Chorus and Centaur) and spec'd it, out did a first class job for her.

I think it was the second, or mebbe the third bike he fitted her to...wasn't it, Andrew? ;>)
