Best flat bar levers for MTB BB7 disc calipers?

I am building a mountain bike for a family member. What are the best flat bar levers for MTB BB7 disc calipers?

I want something strong and with decent modulation for 180mm front and 160mm rear rotors.

Avid Speed Dial 7's or one of their higher quality levers work great with BB7s.

Paul Love Levers took my BB7's to a whole new level of feel. I was ready to ditch those brakes until then.

Matching sd7s are the best value for sure. I use older xts on my commuter and they are a tiny bit nicer. Paul love letters are jewelry though!
