Can't help with what it's worth but the seller is very good to deal with and he packs the frames so well that the frame should arrive in good shape unless the shipper puts a forklift blade though the box (I got my Tommasini from him and it took half an hour to unpack it!!) But in my experience he doesn't seem to accept prices too far below his list price if you choose to make an offer.

IMO price is ok based in the condition, never got anything from him but I think he picks what to sell really well.

The asking price is reasonable. Shoot him an offer -- if you are able to talk him down slightly, then great; if not, no worries. You wouldn't be overpaying either way.

I bought almost the exact same frame set a year ago for $550 in excellent condition except mine has both chain stays chromed. I dig it a lot.

I bought a 01 version on the forum at some point and paid about that much. Might have found one for less, but... It was such a nice ride! (The real expense, IME, is due to my tendency to want to own multiple bikes, which multiplies the number of components I need to have them set up right. YMMV.)

Any time I see an item that I really want and am ready to buy with a Make Offer option, I message the seller with an offer that's 30% less than BIN- in this case, $560. And I would fully expect the seller to come back with a counter offer that meets me halfway, which would be $680. That's a fair price for that frame. If it had more chrome options, would be worth more.
