Ok, I searched and did not find a direct answer. Can a 10 speed Campy cassette fit/work on Shimano 11sp freehub? RD is Campy Record. Alternatively I can purchase a campy freehub but just wanted to see if anyone has any experience with this. TIA!

No, but I've got a Wheels Mfg. conversion cassette available that'll do it for you... I'm not at home, but I think it's a 11-27, using Ultegra cogs.

So, based on your question, I'm assuming you have Campy 10 shifters and Shimano cassette body. The body should be able to run Shimano 10 or 11 cassettes. to make it work with the shifters, use this http://www.jtekengineering.com/shiftmate/shiftmate-1/
(these are a pain to get one since distribution is pretty limited.)
I'm using it one now with Campy 9 speed shifters with a Shimano 9 speed cassette and it works flawlessly. Note: Shimano cassettes are available in a wider range and cheaper than Campy.

1)-no, different spline dimensions
2)-which hub/wheel? Some have both FH bodies available.
