As predicted by some, based on the ridiculous sale on the classic bibs, rapha is indeed introducing a redesign. The classic bib 2, err sorry. Classic Bib Shorts II.

I guess you can now pick the color you want to wear under your jersey. Or maybe the new thing is to ride without a jersey, so people can appreciate the color of you bib straps.

Quality products but they are not so different or unique that they should be $300 bux. That's just stupid in my opinion. Assos is the same way. I have worn both and they are indeed comfortable but I can almost buy two pairs of Castelli or Sportif for that price. They also have a new helmet that'll cost you 300bux. Must have an airbag in it. These products are good but you're the one paying for their advertising.

I have NEVER seen a Pro or recreational cyclist with an upper body like the Assos Model. They really went ALL in with the Euro trash vibe with this campaign.

I just googled the Assos model. From a Nov 2013 interview:

Is a pharmacist. Was on the Swiss Junior National Cycling Team and tried a few triathlons. Won his age group at Kona in 2004 and 2011 and finished 21st and 30th overall. Has not met the Assos female model.
