anyone know a solution for a track hub that has too short an axle to re-space to 130? There must be a way...

I really want to use this frame I have, but don't want to buy a new rear wheel or hub if I can help it...

You can buy just the axle for $10-15 (a nice one from Bicycle Research in chrome moly steel is about $15) and swap the hardware out.

Got a link? I searched bicycle research and all I found were tools and spacers.

Thanks

This one is currently out of stock at this particular vendor, but they get reordered right away or you could find it somewhere else. It's high quality, better than almost all the OEM axles out there. The length is about 15 mm too long for 120 mm and usually has to be cut down and dressed slightly, so it hsould work perfectly for 130.
