I am interested in a carbon road bike. The Festka One seems appealing but I have not heard much about the brand. Does anyone have any firsthand or secondhand experience with the Festka One or Festka bikes in general? Thanks.

I finally did come back- It feels cold to me now.

What are you looking for that a Festka would do better than your C60?

Just because they look cool?

The C60 does everything great. I doubt I will ever find another bike better but I could be wrong. I am looking for something new and cool. I rode one this week and it was awesome. Really awesome.

I wouldn't buy one, but that's just me.
Plenty of US made custom carbon, and it really hard to beat a stock bike if you don't have custom fit needs.

I am not planning to go custom. But I hear what you are saying.

If the Festka is stock I would have a hard time buying one if it wasn't like half of what an S-Works Tarmac sells for.

Was at Velosmith a couple weeks ago and they have a really nice one built up. Unfortunately I didn't ride it but Tony gave me a Parlee Chabacco to use for the week.

Not much help I know. :)

I get leaning towards a big brand if stock fits and is of interest, but do you really think a Festka is worth 1/2 as much as a Tarmac?

Id rather have a festka than a tarmac. That has nothing to do with me thinking the festka is a better bike

Houston -- just scroll through the Festka gallery across the hall. Plenty of eye candy and the owners are part of the family.

Houston I want a Ti Asphalt so bad I can't stand it. That of course helps you not but your not alone in the Festka Wants.

Forget all that sensible talk, buy the One. Life is short and can turn on you at any time. If you've got the means pull the trigger and tell me all about it. ;)
