Gearing up in Italy

Can anyone offer recommendations for the best bicycle shops and frame builders in and around Rome (Italy that is; not New York)?

Rome is not a particularly good place to find a bike shop. That said, there is the Romeo Bike shop (though the address now escapes me). They used to have a website and they sell Pinarellos and a shop labeled frame. Honestly, I thought it was nothing special but it's a bike shop! There's another shop...I just have to remember where it is...back soon.
