ritchey c260 or c202 and then just use nail polisher remover.

or

you can get one of the kalloy ones from fairwheel, they are cheap and come without logos.

Kalloy Uno stem. Easily found on eBay. Some nail polish remover and a few minutes of elbow grease will fix you right up.

Verified weight that's lighter than most other brands and can easily be tuned with some ti bolts to get it even lighter. Have used them on various bikes over the years without any issues.

Definitely 3T Arx. I did it recently. 100% Acetone Nail Polish Remover from any drugstore, and the graphics come right off.

Newer Cannondale stems are easy to stealth with paint stripper. Nail polish remover might work, too.

Interesting question due to carbon and epoxy being subject to UV degradation, and therefore usually having a protective clear coat. I recall removing the logo from *a* carbon seatpost, but that one you could clearly see the advertising laying above the clear coat. Ymmv.

Yeah exactly. Ive done the same as well. I even sanded down bars and then resprayed with clear coat after logos were gone but its more work than i care to do and its easier on bars as its only a small piece showing compared to a full seatpost. I bet i can do it but not worth the time perhaps. Then there is gloss vs matt finish i feel matt for me would be harder to achieve as no clear coat i bought was all that matt. Perhaps its wax involved?

Just using bit of acetone or similar would save me lots of trouble. Infact i would buy a deda superzero post now if i knew it was easily done.

I actually bought one just a couple of weeks ago without the logos, so i know it can be done, just dunno the work involved. Bought it on here but my frame uses a 31.6 and i bought a 27.2, not paying attention i guess .)

I've removed the logos on many DEDA stems using a little high-strength paint remover.

Ritchey Blatte - logos resistant to rubbing off with acetone. Presoaked the stem for 8 minutes in an acetone bath and they came off cleanly and quickly with a small plastic scrub brush.

I was just coming here to post this, I got a blatte just yesterday and graphics don't come out with acetone like they used to in the old ritchey stems. Gotta try the soaking.

edit - Just tried this and did not work. The stem you have must be the old blattes, the new stuff has a coat of something and the graphics don't come out it seems. shame.

The traditional method for creating a matt finish over gloss is by using 0000 steel wool. 0000 produces a furniture grade matt finish, so perhaps (although I've never used it) 000 could be an option. There is also white (nominally 0000, etc), grey, and maroon scotchbrite.

Is that 100% stronger than run of the mill hardware store acetone? I've sometimes had it where it was harder to completely remove the remaining "shadow" with generic hardware stuff.

I haven't compared the two, but I would guess that anything that states "100%" would be the same thing. I bought mine at Rite-Aid, where they had 2 kinds of nail polish remover, one labelled "100%" and the other one not. I do not know if the hardware store stuff is 100% or not.
