Also available on the NBC Sports Gold app. Live streaming from 9PM EST. Commercial free, HD, but you have to listen to Phil/Paul commentary. On the plus side, Robbie McEwen has been a guest commentator and his insight is pretty good.

Do you know if NBC Sports Gold App only streams events live? Or can you watch a stage afterwards?

You can watch replays from the race for a long time. I'm still able to watch the 2016 Tour of France and Tour of Spain at this time. This has to be one of the best things I've purchased recently.
