Brooks Microfiber Padded 3mm Tape

I'm just wondering if anybody has given this stuff a try yet.

I am pretty sure i have the brown, and its got a very padded feel. it does seem durable and whatever else they claim, but it has a bit of a plastic look. overall its ok, but not wow. id consider it in the future to match other brooks projects, but otherwise i prefer fizik and rav x so far.
