Good book on heart issues

I am reading the Haywire Heart Book. It is an expansion of a VeloNews article about heart related issues in endurance athletes. It is good reading for those with such issues and for all cyclists to know how to respond if an emergency occurs. I know more than a few cyclists who have had heart attacks and other problems so we aren't immune to them.

I am most interested in the question of how much is too much and the book does go there some but it is an individual answer.
