provisionally, I'm going to say that there's a fair chance he's not guilty, and cast my vote accordingly. that could change, of course.

A very interesting poll. It was running almost 50/50, but now the Yes vote is starting to pull away a little. I think that when more news evolves, the voting will go much more in the Yes direction, especially after the B sample results are produced.
