OT: Tivo Playback

It appears to me that when I record something using our TIVO Romeo that sometimes when we playback what we've recorded it plays back slightly faster.
The dialog is sometimes difficult to understand and the body movements are a little faster. Anybody else noticing anything like this?

This sounds like you may have inadvertently enabled "QuickMode", which plays back 1.3 X faster (but without changing audio pitch):

I use quickmode when I watch shows that aren't super interesting. Car chases look really scary with it on.

The Walking Dead is so slow and drawn out that I wish I had a Tivo w/"QuickMode" :)
