Seatpost Diameter Check

Have a seatpost I'd like to list but want a sanity check before proceeding...

Post is a campy record carbon with some setback (is there an easy way to measure this). With calipers on the un-worn portion I am getting between 1.243-1.248 inches. Would this be 31.8mm or 31.6? For reference this came off a hampsten/parlee Z2.

parlee website says that the z2 is 31.6

1.243 in = 31.5722 mm
1.248 in = 31.6992 mm

Avg of the two numbers above = 31.6357 mm

I would say that it's a 31.6

The Record carbon seatpost definitely came in 27.2mm, 31.6mm, and 32.4mm.

I don't think I have ever seen one in 31.8mm.
