I took a chance and bought a Benotto track bike (http://www.ebay.com/itm/232182738538?_trksid=p2055119.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT) of ebay and wanted to see if the hive mind here could help me date/identify it. The decals look unlike any I've been able to find but it has Cinelli lugs and BB and looks to be an OK frame. It also has chromed stays which I haven't seen often on Benottos.

Thanks M_Sasso. That does look a bit earlier. Looking at the "aero" fork blades, my bet is mine's a 90s frame out of Mexico...? Haven't seen many with this:
