not sure if this has been answered here before sorry in advance.

I have white ind cld front and rear hub that are QR. Am I able to convert these into 12x100 and 12x142 thru axles?

Have you called them? They were very helpful when I called with a question... Shipping prices for small parts were not so great, but oh well.

Yes. The conversion kits are listed on the White Ind website.
