I just received my new Boyd wheels with WI T11 hubs. It appears I can run a Campy 10 speed cassette without the need for spacers. For those who know better than I, is that correct?

Yes campy 9 / 10 / 11 is same freehub (not always true as there are a few exceptions). No need for spacer on campy 10.
