I had never seen that image before last night. I think it is a great photograph of them, and seems to capture their characters well.

Gimondi was my idol since I was a young child (poster on wall, the whole deal), and I still love the guy, but I have never met him. He's in my avatar picture, and will always be.
I know that you met Merckx, in your shop to boot (lucky you).
Anquetil is the missing man, long gone way too early, sadly. What a character, especially when contrasted with Poulidor.

Not signed, wish it was.. Have this one too(crappy scan) and another of the 3 riding..late 60s I'd say. Saw them on ebay, 3 for like $10.
