Resident Serottaphiles can you help with IDing this Serotta. What I know is I bought it with 2 other Serottas from the original owner who received the bikes from Serotta in lieu of payment for modeling for and ad for the company in about 1983. The only decaling are the 2 bands on the seatpost that say Nova division, has the S on the rear brake bridge and the little cyclist ornament brazed on the headtube. The front and rear dropouts have eyelets, there is big clearance for tires and looks to have a longer wheelbase than the others. No serial# on BB which is Cinellhttp://i.imgur.com/np1pZQB.jpgihttp://i.imgur.com/vZgh3RW.jpg

Need Bigger Pics to Identify! Just kidding, they are huge. Check the steerer tube for a serial number. Early bikes had them there like bs445 etc. I have an early mid 70's sport touring with longer wheelbase & fender eyelets. I guess you could call it a gravel bike by today's standards.

Looks like a Nova Series. You don't see as many of them as the Nova Specials, which had slightly racier geometry, braze on shifter bosses, and lacked the fender eyelets.

See the 1985 catalog in the catalog section.
