What do you folks use/recommend for torque on a FD clamp, Ti Legend frame? Thanks.

Nice and snug with a 3" long handle L shaped Allen wrench. ;)

Clarification: I meant torque spec, not tool. I was thinking 5 nm myself -- any disagreement out there?

I knew what you meant - my answer was a smart-ass response.

About the only thing I use torque wrenches on for the bikes is the Thomson seat rail clamp screws.
