All,

Looking for a carbon fork with a 1" threaded steerer. Nashbar sells them, but with steerers only up to 240mm. With a 225mm headtube, 240 isn't going to work I don't think.

Anyone know of a vendor offering one with a 300mm threaded steerer?

Thanks!

I have an older never crashed uncut one I can check the inner diameter on tomorrow. Its installed on a 62cm right now. I would sell it for cost of shipping.

If memory serves its a Performance (Forte) Axis Pro. It clears 25s. I don't have any experience with the nashbar fork, but it is probably similar in build quality. It came on a frame I got from the original owner.

What about threadless? They sell a 300 mm 1". Figuring 30 mm for the headset and 40 mm for the stem, it should work.

You might want to look for a different fork.
Look for an old Time or Kestrel fork- or even a steel fork.
A cheap 1" fork of this sort will not be that light and it will ride like crap.

I hadn't originally been thinking threadless, but this is a possibility - Thanks!

Woundup?

Yes, but kinda non-traditional looking for my tastes and cost-prohibitive.
