water bottle mount bosses

Do they have weld-on bosses or are they rivets? I am interested in getting a Legend Ti and one of my requirements is to have those bosses welded like those cable stop mounts but please don't ask why. I know there is nothing wrong with rivets but so what. Thanks! :cool:

Serotta titanium and carbon fiber frames use rivnuts for the bottle bosses.
They have a low failure rate and also are replaceable.
