Does Sugoi run small or large (winter cycling jackets)

I'm in the market for a winter cycling jacket, and I'm tallish (6'2"), and biggish (that's one way to put it--205). Assos judging from experience would probably fit great, but I don't want to spend anywhere near that kind of money. With a lot of brands, however, something marked XXL has a 42" chest--that's not me. I found a Sugoi jacket that might work, anyone know how large their stuff runs? Or have another recommendation?

I have two sugoi winter jackets and feel like they both run a 'smidge' on the large end. Not sure what is available but bought both from Sierra Trading a few years ago

Definitely Canadian (ie. not Assos/Castelli) sizing. Assos L is Sugoi M.

Yeah, their sizing is firmly North American. Similar to pearl. Definitely at least a size different from euro.
