Looks pretty slick! No affiliation whatsoever with the campaign, just think it's a nifty design.

Do you think there would be any extra risk of the handlebars slipping or the faceplate coming loose using this type of mount?

I like it but I don't use a Garmin.
Was wondering how to utilize the stem bolt for this same purpose. Bravo to the inventor(s).

very cool idea. stem mounts are not new but its cool to have one that will work for multiple stems and multiple units.

Looks cool. I like that it has so many mounting positions. It won't interfere with a handlebar bag, lights, bell or anything else on the bars. I'm intrigued by the integrated light mount that they tease for future development.

This seems like a nice way to keep a clean look and avoid bar rub from other mounts. Not sure if I'm willing to drop $45 on it, but I'm intrigued.

All that adjustability and I can't use Garmin 1000 in the lower position so it's in front of stem.

Pass.

I didn't even see that. I am on the 1000 too so I am going to have to pass.

also it's too damn expensive.

also I'm trying to use a watch more for rides, to focus more on enjoying the ride instead of numbers.

Interesting design exercise, likely heaver then current mounts available, limited fitting with new larger devices, and it does not work with my quills. Fade!

"We have been listening to you in the comments and on the forums. People like the Garmin 1000. People like their computers low and out front. With FormMount they can make the choice of location on their own and now - they are not limited. We went back to the prototype lab and designed some longer arms for FormMount - so now, you will have a choice - Choose longer arms for larger computers, shorter ones for medium to small computers. We will detail in a later post how we do that within this campaign, however all positions are covered!!"
