Anybody got a lead on who makes these? Everything I'm seeing is "works on everything except what you need!"

Thanks brus

Word... The lathe will actually probably be the solution to this problem. Fortunately I have a machinist father who feels guilty about my lame childhood.

Try to get a cog that is really wide at the bottom so it doesn't tear up the splines on the aluminum freehub.

Contact Endless (http://www.endlessbikes.com/). If they can't do it there, they may be able to at least point you in the right direction.

The Endless Kick Ass Cog is super wide at the bottom. Lightweight aluminum. Tons of ano options. I use them on my SSCX.

Problem solvers has a super wide cartridge type apparatus that allows you to take apart w a few Allen screws and swap cogs. I tested it all summer and my cassette body still looks new... endless kickass... great also
