I am wondering how is Brooks Proofhide for car leather seats? Is it moisturizing or is it too "sealing" for the softer leathers of car seats? Also wondering about boot grease etc which usually provides water resistance?

Any other recommendations for car leather seat products that have worked for you.

If you can afford what the amount to do a car would cost and if it's an open top because of the citronella ingrediant, then it would be o.k. Vintage tins mention it being good for general leather items.

You'll have to wear cycling bibs when you drive, though...and get the SPD accelerator pedal, not the Keo.

You need to find some leather upholstery specific stuff. There are lots of options.

I can vouch for Leather Milk since I'm a distributor. Their products are top notch and made in Ft Worth, TX

Is this what I need to rehab my drying out couch? It hasn't cracked, but its looking pretty dry...

They have indoor furniture stuff as well. I think the auto stuff has some additional UV protection added.

Email Leather Milk. They are really good about answering quickly. Their site has a ton of info as well.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! The dogged persistence of that "h" never ceases to amaze me!

Haha!! No matter how many times I see or think about "Proofide", it always comes out as "Poofhide" in my mind. It's just stuck in my head that way.

I'm a long-time fan of Leather CPR. Leather Milk looks interesting, though, so think I'll try some of that for a change.

I actually never noticed the lack of H until just now!
