Scott ergologic insoles

I'm wondering if the shoes I got this weekend were missing any accessories.
They have the ergologic insoles which have an adjustable arch and meta pad.

Has anyone bought Scott shoes with these insoles? Did they come with extra arch and meta pads?

Also didn't have spikes. Just flat scew on caps. I can always get other spikes.

It was a clearance sale so doubt the retailer will be inclined to search for any missing pieces.

I got scott shoes a few years back and came with a insole that pretty much is the same than the one you are asking for, same insole.

My shoes came with nothing extra for the insoles. I liked the system but as you I found useless to have snap on arch and met. Button if you cant even find them in the market. What I think it happens is that if you dont need arch support neither the Met. Button (like for example flat feet) just take the pieces out and good to go.

I sold the shoes after like a month because were too small :/
