My wife and I are looking for a supported tour in February and are looking for input on destinations. We prefer something outside of the US. We are reasonably strong older riders and are comfortable with daily rides of 50-75 miles and enjoy varied topography including hills.

Any suggestions for a warmer weather or at least sunny destination?

Southern hemisphere?

It's a long, long way from here and I've never been myself, but New Zealand looks like a great place to ride.

Mallorca/Majorca! Beautiful place for February riding.

Check out Stuart Hall Cycling - http://stuarthallcycling.co.uk/ British company, so English spoken there. My wife and I rode with a couple of the SH guides when we were in Provence last summer. They were off for the summer, then back to Mallorca for fall-winter-spring.

Also check out Stephen Roche Cycling trips on Mallorca. http://stephenrochecycling.com/ I went on one of his 'holidays' about 15 years ago and it was really fun. Based in same hotel for the week. Stephen rode with us a couple of times.

Prices aren't too bad for these places either.

Seriously, can't go wrong with Mallorca. (I should consider another trip there!)
