Talked a customer out of his BB30 bottom bracket and into a Shimano D/A 9k crank and adaptor BB.

Didn't realize that C-dale went BB30a and now I've got a problem...

Is there an adaptor BB that goes from BB30a (73mm shell) to std Shimano 24mm spindle?

Wheels manufacturing is out. I left a VM for Enduro. What else is there?

??

Earlier thread sling the same lines. PF30 was the issue but same as BB30.

Based on other recommendations I went with the Praxis for one of my bikes and it was excellent. As they describe, it's not just an adaptor.

Isn't http://wheelsmfg.com/bottom-brackets/cannondale-bb30a/bb30a-adapters/bbright-adapter-for-shimano-cranks.html the Wheels MFG part? They show stock of it online, anyway.

Guys, he is talking BB30A (which is asymmetric on one side). Typical adapter solutions don't work. From what I remember, the companies producing their adapters don't work.

c-bear bottom brackets will allow you to run shimano cranks, but they're ceramic and pricey.

I don't think this guy minds pricey based on the D/A Di2 on both bikes he's got

I'll look into the C-bear tomorrow

BB30A isn't the same as BBRight?

Wheels MFG and Kogel make a BBright to BB24

I thought that was the go-to solution too, but evidently BB30 has 42mm OD bearings and BB-Right is 46mm OD bearings

The BB-Right BB looks to be the ticket except for that pesky difference in OD

Wheelsmfg makes some claim about removing spacers to use BBRight BB adaptors with BB30a. I can't confirm exactly what that would entail.

WheelsMFG DOES make a bb30a to shimano bb. I believe bcroslin used one on the CAAD12 I'd sold him. Perhaps he can speak to it's efficacy more so than I.
